Despite the vast experience of breast prosthetics, the incidence of unsatisfactory aesthetic consequences of operations is still high. The issue of planning the operation, i.e. the primary marking, on which the choice of prosthesis and the outcome of the operation largely depend, remains very important. Planning an aesthetic operation using a strict algorithm significantly improves its results, helps to choose the right, optimal in size and shape mammary endoprosthesis, taking into account the anthropometric data of each patient. Hypomastia is often combined with other aesthetic defects of the mammary glands and, most often, with its drooping, i.e. ptosis. Therefore, the choice of the right mammary endoprosthesis plays a decisive role not only in increasing the gland, but also in matters of effective resolution of ptosis. Tissue tension over the prosthesis often eliminates ptosis of the first and even second degree. We conducted our own research, which began with the calculation of average indicators of ideal shapes and sizes of mammary glands. According to the literature, the existing standards of breast beauty are created based on the parameters of women belonging to a certain ethnic group or living in a specific geographic region. In addition, the concepts of the canons of beauty of the mammary glands are very approximate. This is due to the fact that the sizes of individual body parts can change with age and also depend on the features of the structure and physical development. The standard that was developed in this study is applicable to asthenics and hypersthenics, tall and short patients. Thus, the Natural Beauty breast augmentation planning system is a genuine innovation in plastic surgery that has no analogues not only in Russia, but also throughout the world. With its help, it became possible to quickly and accurately select implants that will provide an excellent result even several years after the operation. Несмотря на громадный опыт протезирования молочных желёз, частота возникновения неудовлетворительных эстетических последствий операций еще высока. Очень важным остается вопрос о планировании операции, т.е. первичной разметке, от которой во многом зависит выбор протеза и исход операции.
Планирование эстетической операции с помощью строгого алгоритма значительно улучшает ее результаты, помогает выбрать правильный, оптимальный по размеру и форме маммоэндопротез с учетом антропометрических данных каждого пациента. Гипомастия нередко сочетается с другими эстетическими недостатками молочных желез и, самое частое, с ее опущением, т.е. птозом. Поэтому выбор правильного маммоэндопротеза играет решающую роль не только в увеличении железы, но и в вопросах эффективного разрешения птоза. Натяжение тканей над протезом часто устраняет птоз первой и даже второй степени.
Мы провели собственные исследования, которые начали с расчета усредненных показателей идеальных форм и размеров молочных желез. Как свидетельствуют данные литературы, имеющиеся эталоны красоты груди созданы по параметрам женщин, относящихся к определенной этнической группе или проживающих в конкретном географическом регионе. Кроме того, понятия о канонах красоты молочных желез очень приблизительны. Обусловлено это тем, что размеры отдельных частей тела могут меняться с возрастом и зависят также от особенностей строения и физического развития.
Эталон, который был разработан в настоящем исследовании, применим к астеникам и гиперстеникам, высокорослым и низкорослым пациенткам.
Таким образом, система планирования увеличивающей маммопластики Natural Beauty – подлинная инновация в пластической хирургии, не имеющая аналогов не только в России, но и во всем мире. С ее помощью появилась возможность быстро и точно подбирать имплантаты, которые обеспечат отличный результат даже спустя несколько лет после операции.
